Our Vision: Build 2 Lead will uplift collective voices, increase social capital, and economic mobility for the sustainability of our BIPOC communities.
Our Story
Through B2L Pathways participants and partners can find value in our “Building Blocks.” We use these blocks to develop pipelines to increase engagement, opportunities, and quality programmatic outcomes. Take a look at our “Building Blocks!”
BB1: Empower students within their K-12 educational institution. Deliver “B2L Virtual/Direct” content and start building a "Pathway to success!"
BB2: Engage students and families through strategic advocacy opportunities. Build authentic relationships, engage school and community careholders, and empower students collectively.
BB3: Educate students and families within their communities! Deliver innovative civic engagement opportunities, accelerate economic mobility through workforce development strategies, and place-based initiatives
