Creating Generational Greatness (CGG) offers professionally led workshops designed for young adults ages 17–24 to explore career pathways from entry-level roles to executive leadership. Covering fields like entrepreneurship, finance, technology, engineering, sports management, and healthcare, the program aims to create meaningful opportunities, highlight workforce pathways, and foster connections through networking and mentorship.

The energy was electric as youth and community partners gathered for our annual Creating Generational Greatness (CGG) Conference — a day of inspiration, connection, and empowerment. The focus of CGG is:
Removing Workforce Barriers: Connecting youth to career pathways, mentors, and paid opportunities that prepare them for high-demand industries.
Increasing Social Capital: Building bridges between youth and professionals, so relationships and networks become tools for advancement, not gatekeepers to opportunity.
