YOUTH- LED LEADERSHIP, ADVOCACY, AND COMMUNITY IMPACT
The Youth Executive Committee (Y.E.C.) brings together young leaders dedicated to learning, serving, and making a difference in their community. Focused on leadership development, advocacy, and meaningful impact, members work on issues such as housing instability, gun violence, and substance use and behavioral health. They engage directly with decision-makers through trips to the state capital, speak at town halls, and help plan community events, gaining hands-on experience while driving positive change.
