Build 2 Lead's mission is to EMPOWER, ENGAGE, and EDUCATE BIPOC youth, their families and communities. We partner with BIPOC youth, their families, and their communities – to lift collective skills and social capital – to influence systemic change.
As we continue to live out our mission, we are aware of our position. Through our work we have built real relationships with our communities, impacted students, and are on the verge of co-creating generational change through amazing community and institutional partnerships.
