Online P.O.W.E.R. Listening Session was a success!


On November 14th, Build 2 Lead held a virtual listening session that was attended by 26 participants.


The B2L Listening Sessions are community discussions around topics of healthcare, education, and criminal justice. Build 2 Lead is creating a space for community members to share in honest and transparent conversations in order to collect data for future advocacy and advantageous pathways for the BIPOC community.


The information and experiences gathered during the P.O.W.E.R. Listening Sessions helps inform our P.O.W.E.R. Council's efforts to create health and wellness initiatives, career opportunities, and advocacy plans for our community in order to make healthcare better for all.


The November 14th Session was a huge success! 26 participants shared their thoughts and experiences in a guided breakout sessions on 3 themes:
