Build 2 Lead is currently hiring a:

Restorative Practices Youth Training Specialist I

This position will facilitate restorative practices training, healing-centered engagement, youth leadership development, and systems-change initiatives across South King County while supporting programs including Reaching for Greatness, Civic-Champions, and the Youth Executive Committee. The role offers $23–$25 per hour (approximately $47,840–$52,000 annualized full-time equivalent), flexible hybrid work, professional development, and opportunities for leadership growth. We are seeking community leaders, professionals, advocates, and changemakers who are passionate about youth development, equity, organizational strategy, and nonprofit leadership to serve on our Board of Directors.

Board members help guide organizational strategy, provide fiscal oversight, strengthen community partnerships, and serve as ambassadors for Build 2 Lead's mission. Positions include Member-at-Large, Board Coordinator, and Co-Chair, each with responsibilities that support long-term organizational sustainability and growth.
