National Workforce & Career Readiness Experience
This summer, Build 2 Lead launched one of our most ambitious workforce development experiences to date.
Our inaugural Peaches & Possibilities National Exposure Experience provided young people with firsthand opportunities to explore higher education, healthcare careers, engineering, leadership, and professional pathways in Atlanta, Georgia.
Throughout the week, participants visited:
Morehouse College
Morehouse School of Medicine
Georgia State University
Georgia Institute of Technology
Spelman College
Atlanta University Center Consortium (AUCC)
Students also participated in leadership reflections, networking opportunities, and discussions on college success, financial aid, student life, healthcare careers, and public health.
The experience extended beyond college tours.
It challenged participants to imagine new possibilities, expand their professional networks, and see themselves as future leaders capable of changing their communities.
Experiential learning remains one of the most powerful investments we can make in young people.
