Build 2 Lead is looking for healthcare professionals, providers, and healthcare industry leaders to join the P.O.W.ER Council! The P.O.W.E.R. council is a partnership between healthcare organizations, community health and wellness partners, and independent BIPOC healthcare professionals, as well as DEI consultants and Build 2 Lead.
Build 2 Lead and the P.O.W.E.R. Council believe in building POWER! POWER to us means:

Together, we strive to create positive change by providing pathways for BIPOC careers, creating equity in healthcare, and driving the implementation of solutions that build better community health.
P.O.W.E.R. Partners include U.W. Physicians Clinic, Virginia Mason Franciscan Healthcare, King County Public Health, Livia Behavioral Health Services.
We are looking for the following P.O.W.E.R. Council roles:
General Council Member
Executive Council Member
Advocacy Partner
General Council Members help the committee through meetings and conferences. Executive Council Members have a more involved role, and will receive a $7500 stipend for the year. Advocacy Partners help connect Build 2 Lead and the P.O.W.E.R council to your organizations D.E.I. departments and initiatives.
