Creating Generational Greatness

ree

Our re-introduction of our Creating Generational Greatness event truly highlighted our youth’s excellence! It was truly EPIC!

The energy was electric as youth and community partners gathered for our annual Creating Generational Greatness (CGG) Conference — a day of inspiration, connection, and empowerment.Held on Saturday, October 11th the theme and focus for this event was #elevateyourgreatness

At its core, Creating Generational Greatness is about:

  • Removing Workforce Barriers: Connecting youth to career pathways, mentors, and paid opportunities that prepare them for high-demand industries.

  • Increasing Social Capital: Building bridges between youth and professionals, so relationships and networks become tools for advancement, not gatekeepers to opportunity.

  • Creating Entrepreneurial Pathways: Cultivating an ecosystem where youth learn to build, manage, and scale their own ideas — turning creativity into community impact and economic mobility.

Together, these focus areas create a holistic approach to empowerment—where every young person gains the skills, confidence, and community they need to lead, innovate, and thrive.
