What’s Ahead in the Next 60 Days

From now through December, our staff will be focused on engaging, connecting, and preparing every student for success.

Here’s how we’re doing it:

Check & Connect Sessions – Each enrolled student will have a one-on-one meeting with our Youth Training Specialists to set personal goals and review early warning indicators for success.

Wellness & Support Outreach – Our Wellness Coordinator will contact families to review case management options and ensure students have access to the support they need.

Entreleadership & Career Pathways Prep – Students in our entrepreneurship and workforce tracks will begin taking our onboarding surveys, workforce development questionnaires, and have check and connect sessions regarding their entrepreneurial ideas.

Community Connection Events – Throughout December, we’ll host virtual meet-ups, and keep highlighting partner opportunities to keep students connected and inspired.

Orientation Countdown – Leading up to December 18, families will receive reminders, digital resources, and a QR link to confirm attendance.

❤️ A Message from Executive Director

"This next season isn’t just a launch, it’s a continued reminder of our commitment to ensuring youth and young adults in Build 2 Lead are truly receiving quality programming that not seeks to educate, but empower and engage with real world experiential opportunities. Over the next 60 days, we’re connecting with families, strengthening partnerships, and preparing our youth to rise as leaders. Thank you for standing with us in building a legacy of empowerment, equity, and generational greatness.”
