This month B2L and our P.O.W.E.R Partners held community listening sessions for our P.O.W.E.R Council healthcare initiative on Dec. 5th at the HealthPoint Midway Clinic and another virtual session on Dec. 14th.
As we heard from community voices, we provide a space for community voices to meaningfully inform the P.O.W.E.R. Council's programs and strategies as we build pathways, programming, health and wellness initiatives, and career opportunities for BIPOC youth, young adults, and community members!
We would like to send a HUGE thank you to the participants in this session. Special shoutout to the HealthPoint Midway Clinic on Pacific Highway for allowing Build 2 Lead and our partners to utilize your space for our listening sessions.
