Build 2 Lead is growing! We are excited to welcome Ruben Medrano to the Build 2 Lead.
Ruben will be our new Program Manager/Supervisor for Build 2 Lead. Ruben comes to us from San Bernadino, California and provides a wealth of experience in the following areas:
Innovative schools and focus areas such as behavior modification, student enrollment efforts, student success, accounting, employee management, business management, and trainings.
Leading for-profit teams in budgeting, sales growth, management and purchasing.
Community based work with local organizations such as Boys and Girls Club in San Bernadino with focus areas in teaching, coaching, program oversite, and day-to-day operations.
Beyond this, Ruben has worked in high need communities and understands B2L’s overall mission for holistic systems change within our service model. I believe Ruben will be a great addition to our team. Looking forward to having him work with us and please give him a warm welcome!
